Unidentified Tangible Objects (UTO’s) invade the city. Nobody knows where they come from, why they are there or what they represent. They seem to live their own life, undisturbed by the city around them. They left behind a vast archive with thousands of images and sounds.

For and_counting Danja Cauwbergs and Sander Tas delve into the archive in search for a possible understanding. Who is looking and who is being looked at ?
